Your account & results

Use the fixed balance your firm bases qualifying days on. Default: 10,000; change to match your account.

Withdrawal buffer & drawdown settings

Set these to match your firm. All amounts use your selected account currency.

The balance at the top is treated as the initial account size. Enter your actual highest closed balance for trailing rules; daily totals cannot recover every closed-trade peak. Prior milestones remain activated after withdrawals.

Completed trading days

Enter each day's net P/L after fees, including losses and small wins. One entry per firm-defined day you actually traded, since your last payout/reset. In “any traded day” mode, losing and flat traded days count too.

How it works & assumptions

Consistency = biggest profitable day ÷ total net profit. For example, a 20% limit requires total net profit of at least 5× the biggest day. Losses reduce total net profit; small wins still contribute even if they do not qualify as trading days. Future profits can create a new best day, and the planner accounts for this.

Choose “any traded day” to count every entered day, including losses and flat results. Each entry must represent a day you actually traded. Choose “minimum % gain day” to count only days at or above your selected percentage of the fixed balance entered.

The route searches up to 365 additional days, minimising additional net profit first and days second. Future net profits are spread evenly in whole cents. Under “any traded day”, a zero-profit future day still requires actual trading. The planner does not model future losing days.

The withdrawal slider selects a percentage of the maximum eligible gross profit under your buffer and loss-floor settings. The full gross amount is deducted from the account; your take-home is that amount multiplied by your profit split. The firm’s share is also treated as removed. Fees, taxes, withdrawal caps and minimum payout amounts are excluded. The split is not applied to consistency. Set the buffer to a percentage of the initial balance or a cash amount, above the initial balance or the overall loss floor. A milestone uses the highest closed balance, so it does not reset after a withdrawal. The calculator never withdraws starting capital or more than this payout period’s net profit.

Use completed daily net results after fees. Consistency uses final daily net P/L, your chosen inclusive or strict percentage boundary, and a net-profit denominator. Firms with different definitions, changing balance thresholds, payout windows or additional conditions can produce different results. The trailing model uses a fixed allowance based on initial account size, with an optional lock at the initial balance. Equity-based, end-of-day and other trailing methods should use a manually entered floor. The drawdown estimate covers the overall limit only and does not establish daily-loss or other rule compliance. The minimum-profit route does not increase its profit target to meet withdrawal minimums or activate a buffer. These are arithmetic targets, not a forecast or guarantee of payout.
